Rural steel framed home in south of Albany, Western Australia

2013 Design and supply of 450 sq/m rural home in Warriup Road, 80km south of Albany, Western Australia.

This home was built to lock–up in five weeks with six men.  Because the specific building outcome was addressed at the design stage we were able to make materials selections that were in keeping with the remote location of the project.  Construction method was kept to a minimum by making the right selections for the project at the earliest stages possible.
